We are pleased to announce that Mickey Webb, chief operating officer for Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting (ABRC) and director of strategy for private client and institutional services, Associated Bank, has been recognized as one of the 2017 Women in Business award winners by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
The Women in Business award recognizes outstanding women leaders in the Twin Cities and their contributions to the local economy and community. Webb was among 50 winners who were honored at an event attended by 700 people at the Depot in downtown Minneapolis on May 25. In addition, she was featured in a special section of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal on May 26.
As a key leader, Webb is directly responsible for Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting’s HR solutions division, client management teams for our benefits and retirement plan services divisions, operations, IT, client technology advisory services, and leadership training and development. She has been with Associated for over 20 years, starting her career as an accounting manager and advancing to the positions of controller, employee benefits manager, director of employee benefits, and her current position of chief operating officer.
